The Reception observes the following hours: check-in from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
If late, the guest must notify the facility within 48 hours of arrival, and we will await the guest until 11:00 pm. A NOTICE is required upon arrival; a supplement of Euro 10.00 will be charged for each hour of delay and Euro 5.00 for each fraction of an hour. After 11:00 pm, it will no longer be possible to receive guests and without any late notice from the guest, the Facility closes at 8:30 pm.
Upon your arrival, we will hand you the keys to enter and exit the facility freely.
An extra bed can be requested, which involves a supplement of Euro 10.00 for the entire duration of the stay.
Pets are accepted at a cost of Euro 5.00 for medium-sized dogs and 10.00 for large dogs.
The rate for the parking lot in agreement with the Hotel is Euro 20 (24 hours) with closure at 10:00 pm and reopening at 8:00 am.

The Hotel Suisse is located in an Art Nouveau building of 1896 and on Via XX Settembre, main artery of the city, built in 1892 by adjusting and expanding the existing Via Giulia. Street name is in addition to a change of place names; a profound transformation of the neighborhood of Portoria from peripheral district to the heart of the modern city. The Hotel Suisse building was one of the first reinforced concrete structures in Genoa made innovative for its time, enriched by Art Nouveau décor, which characterizes most of the new areas of the city. Close to Hotel Suisse is located Palazzo Maineri built between 1908 and 1913 drawing of Coppedè.
